Coinmerce was looking to strengthen its presence in the Netherlands by connecting with a young, ambitious and digitally minded audience. Padel offered the perfect platform to reach double-income professionals who value performance, innovation and lifestyle. The challenge: go beyond logo visibility and build lasting recognition and credibility within the sport.
Together with X3 Agency, Coinmerce launched a multi-layered partnership. Just like in padel and crypto, success comes down to preparation, control and timing. This concept was translated into a year-long strategy of content, events and community activations.

Partnerships with Sten Richters and Bo Luttikhuis, the leading faces of Dutch padel, delivering credibility on and off the court.
Community Platforms
Integration with PadelNL and Team Peakz REKRE X3 to engage the broader padel community, reaching players from grassroots to elite.
Influencer Marketing
Collaboration with Quin van der Zeeuw (UberQuin), one of the most popular Dutch sports creators with 2M+ monthly views, to bridge padel culture with a younger digital audience.
Media and Storytelling
Cross-platform exposure through PadelMagazine, reaching 100,000 readers per edition, combined with social storytelling formats featuring Sten and Bo.
The activation plan spanned five phases, from cinematic hero content and social campaigns to a live Beat the Pro event where fans could compete against Sten. Each phase balanced awareness, engagement and conversion, making Coinmerce not just visible but relevant.
With this integrated partnership Coinmerce gained a unique and credible presence in padel. By combining athletes, influencers, media and live activations, the brand built recognition at multiple touchpoints – from social feeds and magazines to tournaments and events. The partnership successfully moved from visibility to continuity, and from engagement to measurable conversion, positioning Coinmerce as a trusted and innovative partner.
